An annual women’s retreat and workshops designed for mothers who have experienced the loss of a child. The Conference is designed to uplift mothers physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The speakers will share insights on grief and the tools with which to cope. The added benefit of meeting new friends who are walking on the same road and journey towards healing will be rewarding. At the conference we are able to give and receive comfort from one another. It is a time of sharing, caring, bonding and the making of lasting friendships. Plus, a special time of celebrating and remembering our children through a beautiful candlelight program beach walks with meditation and prayer.

Conference Fee Includes: Accommodations at the San Diego Waterfront Bahia Resort Hotel for two nights, three days, dinner Friday evening, breakfast Sunday morning, lunch Saturday, dinner cruise Saturday evening, and breakfast Sunday morning. The conference fee and materials for workshops are also included. Registration begins on Friday at 2:00 p.m. There will be a U.M. Leadership Training 3:00 pm Friday. The conference starts at 5:30 pm. with dinner Friday evening and concludes Sunday at 11:30 am. The attire for the weekend will be casual. Please plan to bring a photo and memorabilia of your child. A letter with directions and further information will be sent to you at least two weeks prior to the conference.
Payment in full is greatly encouraged at least two weeks prior to the conference date as the hotel requests payment in advance. You may register and pay online through PayPal, or mail your payment to: Umbrella Ministries, Post Office Box 1663, Westminster, CA 92684, including payments for extra night or nights of lodging.
Registration begins on Friday at 2:00 p.m. The conference starts at 5:30 p.m. with dinner Friday evening and concludes Sunday at 11:30 am.
